Cookie Policy

Last Updated: 21st October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Evervolve Ventures LLP (LLPIN: ACR-6815, GSTIN: 27AAMFE4268Q1ZL), having its registered office at A-1002, Gokul Vrindavan CHSL, S.M. Cross Road No. 2, Kandivali West, Mumbai - 400067, Maharashtra, India (“Drenze”, “we”, “us” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on www.drenze.in (“Website”). Strictly necessary cookies are always on. All other cookies stay off until you choose to allow them.

This Policy should be read with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. It is intended to comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and, as they come into force, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the Website recognise your device, remember your bag and preferences, and understand how the Website is used. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags and local storage, which work in the same way. In this Policy we call all of them “cookies”.

  • By who sets them. First-party cookies are set by Drenze. Third-party cookies are set by a provider we work with, such as our payment or analytics provider.
  • By how long they last. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device until they expire or you delete them.

2. The Cookies We Use

We group cookies into four categories. Only the first needs no consent.

Strictly necessary (always on)

These keep the Website secure and working. They remember what is in your bag, carry you through checkout, support payment and fraud prevention, balance server load and record your cookie choices. The store cannot function without them, so they cannot be switched off in our settings. You can block them in your browser, but your bag and checkout will then stop working.

Preferences (only with your consent)

These remember choices such as your region, currency or language, so you do not have to set them again on your next visit.

Analytics and performance (only with your consent)

These show us, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the Website: pages viewed, time spent, device type, where a visit came from and where it ends. We use this to fix problems and improve the store.

Marketing and advertising (only with your consent)

These help us measure how our advertising performs, understand which campaigns lead to orders, and show Drenze ads to you on other platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. They may build a profile of your interests from the pages you view.

3. Third Parties That May Set Cookies

Some cookies are set by providers that help us run the store. Each has its own privacy and cookie policy, which governs how it uses your data.

  • Shopify: runs our online store, bag, checkout and store analytics.
  • Razorpay: processes online payments and helps prevent payment fraud when you pay.
  • Meta (Instagram and Facebook): advertising measurement and retargeting through the Meta Pixel.
  • Google: website analytics through Google Analytics.
  • Delhivery: shipment tracking, if you follow a tracking link from us.

Our Website links to platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn. When you click through, you leave our Website and their cookies and policies apply.

4. Your Choices

  • Cookie banner. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Non-essential cookies are not set until you accept them.
  • Change or withdraw consent. Your choice is saved on this device. To change it, clear this Website’s cookies in your browser and the banner will appear again, or write to hello@drenze.in and we will act on your request. Withdrawing consent does not affect cookies used before you withdrew.
  • Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. The steps differ by browser, so please see your browser’s help section. Blocking essential cookies means your bag and checkout will not work.
  • Provider opt-outs. You can use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, your Meta ad preferences and your device’s advertising settings to limit tracking by those providers.
  • Do Not Track. Some browsers send Do Not Track or similar signals. There is no common standard for them, so we may not respond to them. Please use the controls above.

5. Personal Data, Retention, Children and Changes

Personal data. Some cookie data, such as online identifiers and IP address, may be personal data. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

How long cookies last. Session cookies end when you close your browser. Persistent cookies last for different periods depending on the cookie and the provider. The cookie settings panel lists the cookies in use.

Children. The Website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly use cookies to track anyone under 18.

Changes. We may update this Policy when we change our tools or the law changes. The updated version will carry a new “Last Updated” date. Where a change affects how we use non-essential cookies, we will ask for your choice again.

6. Contact and Grievances

For questions or complaints about this Policy, please contact our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receipt, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
